VisualIdentityandOperatingSystemfora20-YearInfrastructureFirm
Two decades of telecom and infrastructure engineering, and the company ran entirely on what the founders remembered. Installations, active contracts, inventory, field crews. All of it in two heads.
The brand had the same problem in a different register: nothing written down, nothing repeatable, nothing that survived being handed to someone else.
“A rebuilt visual identity with a fixed palette, typography and rules, and a B2B site that speaks to IT and facilities directors in that code.”
Underneath it, an internal system for projects, service orders and field scheduling. The knowledge left the founders' heads and entered something that can be queried. Same law on both layers: written first, executed after.
Every system encodes a belief. This one encodes that the law comes before the piece.
